WHAT IS A PERFORMANCE STATION?

The Performance Station is a hybrid squat rack built for doing more. Traditionally, squat racks are used for standard barbell movements. The Performance Station is designed to do both barbell and resistance band training. It is a premium Stroops anchor that combines Stroops training with traditional methods of training for a truly holistic approach to fitness.

THE DESIGN

  • WALL MOUNT – Smaller, space-saving design leaves more open floor
  • J-HOOKS – Holds olympic barbells and have D-rings for attaching Slastix resistance bands
  • PULL UP BARS – two options for pull up bar heights, one high, one low

THE TRAINING

Let’s talk about the training possibilities with the Performance Station. First there is barbell training. The J-hooks can be adjusted to different heights for different exercises or athlete heights. The second option is using the D-rings on the J-hooks to do Stroops training. These can be used with the VITL Kit, Son of the Beast Pro, or any combination of Slastix and attachments. The J-hooks can also move to different heights to adjust for line of pull when doing resistance band exercises, similar to getting different angles on the cable machine at the gym.

The Performance Station is a perfect addition to a home gym, studio, or big club. It can be used for Stroops training with one or two people comfortably. Putting multiple Performance Stations in a facility is a great option for dynamic, fresh, and fun small group training. Or if you have a home gym, the space-saving design gives you a lot of functionality without taking up too much room. Ultimately, the Performance Station gives opens up endless training options with one piece of equipment.
