How long does Stroops warranty its products?

All metal fabricated products, such as our anchoring systems and plyo boxes, carry a 5-year frame warranty and a 1-year wear and tear part warranty.

Stroops “soft goods” carry a 6-month commercial warranty and a 1-year home use warranty.

What is the typical lead time for online orders?

Currently, our metal products are made to order and have an average lead time of 7-10 days.

Lead time for our “soft goods”, such as our resistance bands, accessories, and most attachments, have a lead time of about 3 days.

Does Stroops ship products Internationally?

We do ship Internationally through our E-commerce store, but all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and not refunded in-case of returns.

All commercial International shipping requests are done on a case by case basis and require you to be a dealer or distributor with Stroops. Please call the Stroops Customer Service department for International and Canadian shipping rates and availability.

Orders refused at the delivery point will be charged a 15% restock fee.

Does Stroops have any training programs?

At Stroops we currently offer a mix of follow-along workouts and an ever growing extensive exercise library in our Stroops Training Room. These training resources are available to all of our customers for a monthly fee.

Additionally, we are currently working on putting together an updated certification program for our commecial clients. Follow us to stay updated as it progresses.

Are Stroops products made in America?

At Stroops we pride ourselves in supporting the United States economy. As such, we have focused a large investment in American manufacturing as part of our commitment to our “Made in USA” products.
