This week we’re bringing in special guest, Aly Purdy, for this dual Spine workout with the VITL Kit. The Spine is a great anchor you can use in your home or put up in a gym and can be used for individual or dual use. If you don’t have a Spine, make sure you have something sturdy to anchor to. Be sure to check out our anchoring options for more choices.

The Workout

This is a circuit style full body workout, you’ll have two groups of exercises for this workout. The first three exercises are performed with the Swivel Belt and the final three are using the handles. Each exercise will be done for 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest.

Start using Stroops in your training

Exercises

Resisted Side Lunge // 30 seconds

Explosive Jumps // 30 seconds

Resisted Side Lunge (other side) // 30 seconds

 

Power Jacks // 30 seconds

Shuffle Press // 30 seconds

Static Lunge w/ Row // 30 seconds

 

The VITL Kit is a super versatile training system, but if you want to save some dollars, you can buy two Slastix, two handles, and a swivel belt and achieve the exact same workout. Give the workout a try, leave us comment below and tell us what you think!
