Workout of the Week – Ep 29
We’re wrapping up our at home or on the go workouts with the VITL Kit and the new Spine Strap. Go check out the last workout for a lower body blast if you missed it. Otherwise we’re going to jump right into the workout! For this week you will need a VITL Kit, a Spine Strap and a door.

The workout
This workout targets your upper body and core. You’ll have 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest per exercise. The full workout is 6 rounds, resting a minute after each round. Remember to go as hard as you can while still keeping good form.

Alternating Bicep Curls // 30 seconds
Boxing // 30 seconds
Plank Row // 30 seconds
Decline Chest Press // 30 seconds
Anti Rotation Hold // 30 seconds
