Workout of the Week – Ep 27
Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. We will be sticking with the Spine Strap and VITL Kit for a few episodes, to provide you with some at home or travel fitness. Go catch up if you missed last weeks workout. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it.For this workout, you will need a VITL Kit, the Spine Strap and a door.
The workout
This is an upper body workout you can take with you anywhere, as long as you have a door. You’ll have a series of six exercises. The point is to superset all exercises, so don’t take a rest until you finish the round unless absolutely necessary. Be sure to push yourself and rest about 30 seconds at the end of each round. Although if you don’t need a rest, jump into the next round. Complete three to four rounds to complete this workout.
