Workout of the Week – Ep 26

Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. We will be shifting our focus to the Stroops VITL Kit and the Spine Strap for home and office workouts. Go catch up if you missed last weeks workout. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it. For this workout, you will need a VITL Kit, the Spine Strap and a door.

The workout

This is a quick lower body workout. You can take this workout anywhere, whether at home or the office, anywhere with a sturdy door. You’ll have 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds of rest. Repeat 6 rounds with a minute rest between each round for the full workout.

Exercises

Mountain Climbers // 30 seconds

Abduction // 30 seconds

Adduction // 30 seconds

Bicycle Crunches // 30 seconds

Leg Extensions // 30 seconds
