VITL Upper Body Finisher

What you need

To do this finisher, you will need the VITL Kit and a sturdy anchor. We are anchoring to the Stroops Performance Station in this video but you can attach the VITL Kit to any study object. This finisher works best with a high anchor point, but you can use a mid-level anchor point if that is all you have. Get your Slastix and Handles out and give this one a shot.

The Workout

Typically Stroops workouts are performed in circuits but this workout is set up as a superset flow. The rep scheme will progressively increase as you go through the following moves, starting at 1 rep each movement, then 2, then 3… and so on each round, until you get to 5. Once you reached 5 stop, rest, and repeat as many times as needed.

  • Face Pull
  • Tricep Extension
  • Windmill
  • Lat Pull Down
