To decrease tension on the Slastix, move closer to the anchor point while still staying in the training zone. Use light resistance Slastix instead of medium resistance if exercise is still too challenging.
Progression
Increase the intensity by moving further away from the anchor. This will place more tension on the Slastix. If more tension is desired, stack two Slastix to double the resistance on the movement.
