Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. Go catch up if you missed last weeks workout. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it. For this workout, you will need a Fit Stik Pro, the Son of the Beast and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
The workout
This workout is a full body workout, it is harder than it looks, so go at a tempo that works best for you. You will have 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds of rest in between. The key is to go as hard as you can while being able to perform for each 30 second session. Repeat 5 times to complete the workout.

Shuffle Press // 30 seconds
Side Lunge with Row // 30 seconds
Shuffle Press (opposite side) // 30 seconds
Bicep Curls // 30 seconds
*Pro Tip: Keep a wider grip on the Fit Stik Pro bar to maintain good form.
