- Archer (Loop Each Side)
- Jumping Lunges (Each Side Toner)
- Single Arm Lat Pull (Each Side Toner)
- Bicep Curls (Toner)
- Tricep Kickbacks (Toner)
- Loop V-Up (Each Side Loop)
Workout Duration:
- Perform 8 reps of each exercise
- Perform each exercise in sets of 8
- Continue until time runs out
