Workout of the Week – Ep. 14

Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. For this workout, you will need a VITL Kit and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.If you missed last week’s workout, go catch up.

The workout

This workout is quick conditioning workout. Repeat this set 4 to 6 times or as many as needed until failure. Be sure to rest for 1 minute between each exercise.

If one side of your body is less stable than other, focus on slowing down each movement to ensure correct performance.

Exercises

Squat Jumps // 10 reps

Romanian Deadlifts // 5 reps per leg

Decelerated Lunges // 10 reps per leg

Static Squats // 30 seconds
