Workout of the Week – Episode 11

In this weeks episode, we use the Resistance 90 to get a full body workout in. We are anchored to a Performance Station, but you can anchor to a squat rack, or use the Door Anchor that comes with the Resistance 90 to workout at home. Go catch up if you missed last weeks episode!

The workout

This is a high-intensity full body workout using the Resistance 90. You will perform the movements below for 4 rounds. Take time to fully recover after each round (1-2 minutes) before starting the next round. Remember to use the appropriate anchor height for each exercise.

Shop Resistance 90


Moguls // 20 reps

Static Lunge Press // 20 reps

Chops // 15 reps each side

Reverse Fly // 15 reps

REST // 1:30
