The workout
This is a high-intensity full body workout using the Resistance 90. You will perform the movements below for 4 rounds. Take time to fully recover after each round (1-2 minutes) before starting the next round. Remember to use the appropriate anchor height for each exercise.

Moguls // 20 reps
Static Lunge Press // 20 reps
Chops // 15 reps each side
Reverse Fly // 15 reps
REST // 1:30
