Workout of the Week – Ep. 40
This week we’re brining back the Bosu Ball paired with a VITL Kit to give you a great workout with an extra stabilization factor. You can do this workout anywhere, whether at home or the gym, just be sure you have something sturdy to anchor to. If you don’t have something sturdy, check out our anchoring options; for this workout we are using the Spine.
This is a lower body workout that is sure to have your legs roasted by the time you’re done. You’ll have 30 seconds of work for each move, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Be sure to repeat all six moves for five rounds, resting a minute after each round.
Start using Stroops in your training
Hop Squat // 30 seconds
Bouncing Lunge // 30 seconds
Shuffle // 30 seconds
Bouncing Lunge (Other Side) // 30 seconds
Ice Skaters // 30 seconds
Ice Skaters (Other Side) // 30 seconds
