Workout of the Week – Ep. 36

This week we’re pairing up with Hyperwear to bring you another dual workout using the Fit Stik Pro and Hyperwear’s Sandbell. If you happen to miss any of the previous two workouts featuring the Sandbell and Fit Stik Pro, be sure to also check them out. Otherwise lets jump into this week’s workout. You’ll need a Fit Stik Pro, two Slastix, Hyperwear’s Sandbell and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.

The Workout

This is full body workout. It is super effective, but be sure to stick to the recommended rest time to get the most out of the workout. You will have 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds of rest. G as hard as you can during each round, performing as many reps as possible. Repeat this 6 times, resting a minute after each round to complete the workout.

Alternating Push-Up Row // 30 seconds

Lunge Press // 30 seconds

Rainbow Slams // 30 seconds

Single Arm Row with Lunge // 30 seconds

Squat Jumps // 30 seconds
