Workout of the Week – Ep. 35
We are sticking with the Fit Stik Pro for this week’s workout, with a featured appearance from Hyperwear’s Sandbell. If you missed last week’s episode with both these products be sure to check it out! For this week all you are going to need is the Fit Stik Pro, two Slastix, a sturdy anchor and a Sandbell. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
This workout is a quick HIIT workout. If you want to get your heart rate up and melt some fat then try out these five killer moves. You’ll have 30 seconds of work for each exercise with 15 seconds of rest. Repeat this for 6 rounds, giving yourself a 30 second rest after each round.
If you are really looking to melt some fat and give yourself the best workout. Go as hard as you can but try not to rest more than the allotted time given.

Alternating Crossover Lunge with Row // 30 seconds
Squat Circles // 30 seconds
