Workout of the Week – Ep. 32
We’re sticking with the Son of the Beast Pro for the next two workouts. Check out the last two workouts if you missed out on our winner or quitter slam gauntlet or the full body workout. Otherwise if you’re all caught up, grab your Beast, find a sturdy place to anchor and get ready for this new workout! If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
We’ve got a conditioning workout for you that is guaranteed to get your heart rate up. Each exercise should be performed for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest. Repeat the set 4 times, resting a minute in between each round for the full workout! Good luck!
