Workout of the Week – Ep. 31
For this week’s workout we’re sticking with the Son of the Beast Pro. In case you’re looking for an upper body workout, go check out our Slam Gauntlet from last week. If you’ve already a winner then lets get into this weeks workout! For this week you’ll need a sturdy anchor and the Son of the Beast Pro. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
This week we’re bringing you five moves that will target your whole body and are sure to get your heart rate up. For each exercise you’ll have 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Repeat all five moves 3-5 times, depending on how many rounds you can manage. After every round you’ll have a minute of rest to recover.
Start using Stroops in your training
Sprints // 30 seconds
Bear Crawls // 30 seconds
Plank-Ups // 30 seconds
Backpedals // 30 seconds
Traveling Push-Ups // 30 seconds
