We’re rounding out using the Son of the Beast for a little with these five athletic moves. These moves are guaranteed to give you a killer workout. If you happened to any of the last three Beast workouts, including last week’s conditioning workout, then be sure to give it a try, otherwise lets get into it! For this workout you’ll need a Son of the Beast Pro and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
The workout
For this workout we’re switching up the time intervals, giving you more work with a slightly longer rest. You will have 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest per exercise. The key here is to go as hard as you can during each 40 second session, performing as many reps as possible. Repeat this 3 times, resting a minute after each round.
