Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. We will be sticking with the VITL Kit for this week. Go catch up if you missed last weeks workout. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it. For this workout, you will need a VITL Kit and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
The workout
This workout is focusing on your upper body and your core. You will have 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds of rest in between. Shoot for as many reps as possible during each 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times, with a minute rest in between each round to complete this workout.

Decline Fly // 30 seconds
Plank Row (other side) // 30 seconds
Alternating Torso Twist // 30 seconds
