Workout of the Week – Ep 22

Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. We will be shifting our focus from the Fit Stik Pro to the Striker. Go catch up if you missed last weeks workout. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it.

The workout

This is a full body workout. It is very effective and is sure to get your heart rate going. You will have 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds of rest in between. Perform as many reps as possible within the time frame. Repeat 5 times, giving yourself a minute rest in between each round to complete the workout.

Exercises

Push-Ups // 30 seconds

Shadow Boxing // 30 seconds

Mountain Climbers // 30 seconds

Burpees // 30 seconds
