Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. Go catch up if you missed last weeks workout. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it. For this workout, you will need a Fit Stik Pro a couple Slastix and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
The workout
This is a quick workout. You will have 3 exercises involving 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest in between. Once you’ve completed the 3 exercises, repeat them using the opposite feet and hands to complete each round. Repeat 5 times, giving yourself a minute rest between each round to complete this workout.

Reverse Lunge Row // 30 seconds
