This week we’re shifting our focus to lower body for this squat finisher. Don’t be fooled by this series, it’s a squat and a hold using the Deluxe Loop, but at the end of your leg day this will light you up!
You’ll perform a 30 seconds of squats and then hold a squat for 30 seconds. Complete this set four times through to round out your leg day.
