Pyramid Challenge

It’s challenge month here and Stroops, and we’re back with the VITL Kit for this weeks timed challenge!

The Challenge

This challenge if meant for you to go through it as set as a pyramid. Start by performing each move for 5 reps and climbing up to 25 and then going back down to 5. Each time you increase the number of reps, you should do so in increments of 5 (5, 10, 15, 20… etc.). This is a timed challenge, so try and go through each exercise as fast as possible while still performing correctly.

Of course try and beat Aly or Caysem’s time!

Caysem: 22:54 minutes
