The Rehab Slastix is Stroops’s newest contribution to the physical therapy and rehabilitation space. This high-quality sleeved resistance band requires no attachments and no special anchors. All you need is yourself, any safe anchor point, and the will to see your health and well-being improve.
The Rehab Slastix is geared towards helping you restore mobility and strength in your upper- and lower-body muscle groups, such as your shoulders, arms, legs, knees, or hips. Utilizing either one of the band’s specially designed handles, this band is a rehab patient’s best friend.
Full-body exercise versatility.
This resistance band comes with two tailor-made handles that also act as anchoring systems depending on what your workout is.
To exercise your upper body, use the Textured Grip Handle to work out while anchoring the cloth-stitched handle behind a closed door or around any stable object.
For lower-body workouts, the Textured Grip Handle can also work as an anchoring system by making a knot or simply shutting it behind a door. All forms of anchoring with the Rehab Slastix are quick, easy, and adaptable to almost any environment.

While the resistance band market was dominated for many years by unprotected tubing or thin-flat bands, Stroops took the step forward to create a resistance that offers the most durability, safety, and protection a band can offer.
The Rehab Slastix is part of that collective vision. This band is first made with high-quality elastic tubing on the inside. Then, we wrap a fabric sleeve around the band to protect the tubing from damaging factors such as dust, sun, grime, tears, scrapes, cuts, and more. This sleeve protection makes it possible for your band to last as long as possible.
The safety sleeve also protects you as the user in two ways:
- The sleeve’s static length will largely prevent you from extending the band beyond its maximum elasticity.
- The sleeve will contain the band in the event of a breakage to avoid any wild snapback.
Choose your resistance.
The Rehab Slastix is meant to aid in physical recovery for any person regardless of age, weight, or fitness level. That’s why we offer it in all five of our stand resistances, from Very Light (10 pounds) to Heavy (25 pounds). These differing band strengths are marked by the color of their handles and tag.
The Rehab Slastix also comes either orange or black for your sleeve.
