The Ultimate Training Solution.

The Kickhouse Kit is a collaboration between Stroops and kickboxing company Kickhouse. The system is designed with the intent to give gym owners and trainers a smooth, low-profile workout station for kickboxing training, one that doesn’t require the user to engage and disengage from the station using straps and cuffs.

The Kickhouse Kit consists of a Spine anchor, 2 Textured Grip Handles, and 4 Slastix resistance bands. The resistance bands feature 2 Heavy bands with a 25-pound resistance and 2 Medium bands with a 20-pound resistance.

Resistance training with the Kickhouse Kit helps users to build strength and speed in their movements by working against the Slastix resistance bands attached to the Spine. Users also have a solid hold on their exercise thanks to Stroops most refined handle grip.

With the Kickhouse Kit, elevate yourself and your clients with the ultimate training solution.

You Attack, Slastix Defends.

While you and your clients are training to build your speed and strength, rest assured that Stroops’s innovative technology keeps you protected with Slastix resistance bands. Slastix are high-grade elastic resistance bands equipped with a fabric safety sleeve encasing it to protect both you and the band from harm.

Most users of resistance bands feel that their equipment comes with a limited lifespan. Bands eventually break, and it’s most often in the middle of being extended. With Slastix, the protection is two-fold. The safety sleeve prevents the band from damaging factors that would typically shorten its life, such as nicks, cuts, tears and other abrasions, or dirt, dust, and grime.

Another common damaging factor of resistance bands is over-extension. Kickboxers often exercise with fast, abrupt movements, and a rapid over-extension of the band would be devastating. The defined max length of the safety sleeve helps prevent that by maxing out the stretch capacity before it becomes detrimental.

Of course, the sleeve doesn’t make your band invincible, but if and when your Slastix resistance band does wear out and snap, you can be confident that your user is protected from a harmfully wild snap-back. This is the second way Slastix resistance bands protect you. A snapped band won’t fly back at its user or anywhere else; it will stay encased in the sleeve, and replacements are easy.

1-Stop Full-body Workout.

Thanks to the 7 different anchor points on the Spine, the Kickhouse Kit is built to give its user a wide range of approaches to exercise. The multiple anchor points will vary the user’s line of pull to complement different muscle groups. Anchoring is easy with the built-in steel carabiner clips on each band, and the Textured Grip Handles are just as effortless with the D-clips that attach to the other side.

The Kickhouse Kit includes Slastix resistance bands of different resistance levels to accommodate different users’ preferences. While the difference between 20 and 25 pounds may not seem like much, that change becomes exponential as the band stretches further. In order to make the Kickhouse Kit accessible for everyone, it comes with a pair of each resistance level so that the user can train their way up to higher resistances.

Studio and gym owners will be delighted by how little space the Kickhouse Kit needs to work. The Spine is a low-profile anchoring system that comes out less than 6 inches from the wall and requires little time and energy to set up. With Slastix resistance bands attached, the user can formulate their own space for exercise, and the standard kickboxing or workout studio can easily accommodate multiple stations to suit their needs.
