Donkey Kick + Burpee

This week we’ve got a conditioning move that is really going to help improve endurance and get your heart rate up. All you’ll need for this move is a sturdy anchor point, two Slastix and a pair of foot straps, so lets get into it!

THE MOVE //

Have your client clip in at low anchor point at the back ring of the foot strap. Start in the push-up position, then jump knees all the way to their elbows, making sure the core is tight the entire time. Then have your client jump their feet to starting position, or to their hands and stand up.

PRO TIPS: DO NOT let your client jump during the Burpee! They will end up eating it and eating it hard! And don’t hit the push-up!
