We’ve got one more awesome power move for this week. This move is great for anyone looking to increase their power, especially in the frontal plane.

For this you’ll need the Son of the Beast Pro and a sturdy anchor.

The Move

To set up, set up your training zone and then clip in a low anchor point with the side of your body facing the anchor. You’re shooting for only 2 to 3 steps, depending on the length of your room. After each sprint, rest, and then go a few more rounds. Once your client has gone 4 or 5 times through, take a full recovery.

Pro Tips: Make sure the Son of the Beast doesn’t max out as you perform this drill. Remember to watch the training zone and that your athlete’s leg is driving over the top.
