Beast Power Moves
We’re back with the Son of the Beast for these top power moves. These moves are great for any Volleyball player, or just any athlete looking to enhance their power.
Moves
Consecutive Jumps
Position yourself at the start of your training zone. Set up in an athletic stance and perform two explosive jumps quickly, but be sure to take time to rest in between.
Lateral Squat Jump
Get set up in your training zone with the side of your body facing the anchor point. Jump into the training zone, jumping quick and then returning back. Try to stay within the same jumping point.
Alternating Squat JumpÂ
Be sure to face your body away from your anchor point. Come down into your athletic stance and jump as high as you can and then taking a step. Try to stay light on your feet as you come back down to the ground.
You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find
this topic to be actually something that I think I would
never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me.
