We’re jump starting your summer shred with this little game of Add On. It seems simple, but this will really get your heart rate up and burn some calories, so get ready to go as hard as possible and light your body up.
The rules are pretty simple, each round you’re going to add on another move. Between each round rest for 10 counts.The challenge is, with every new move you add on, you also add on an extra 5 reps until the final exercise, which will be performed for 25 reps.
To kick things off you’ll begin by doing 5 Pull-Ups. After those 5, rest for 10 counts and then do 5 more. Once you finish those you’re going to add on 10 Goblet Squats and rest again for 10 counts. This pattern will continue until completing the last exercise.
The exercises include:
10 Goblet Squats
15 Kettlebell Swings
20 Squat Jumps
25 Crab Walks
Try to go as hard as possible throughout these so you can really kickstart that summer shred. If you’re really feeling up for a challenge you can do this 1, 2 or 3 times through.
