Workout of the Week – Ep. 47

Our favorite trainer, Aly, is back with another full body workout featuring the Loop and Toner. This is an awesome workout you can do at home, gym or on-the-go. Just be sure you have something sturdy to anchor to, but if you’re all set, let’s get into it!

The Workout

This is a super quick but very effective workout. You will have four moves to be performed for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for each move. Try to get as many reps as possible during the set time. For the full workout repeat all four movements for six rounds. Be sure to alternate arms for the rows every rounds. If you need a rest, be sure to take one, but try to get rest as little as possible.

Exercises

Squats // 30 seconds

Tricep Extension // 30 seconds

Squat w/ Abduction // 30 seconds

Single Arm Row // 30 seconds
