Workout of the Week – Ep. 37

This week we’re switching things up and bringing you a full body workout that will also test you balance and stability. We’ll be working with a VITL Kit, as well as a Bosu Ball to really bring your workout to the next level. For this week all you’ll need is a VITL Kit, a Bosu Ball and a Spine to anchor to. If you or your gym does not have a Spine, just find something sturdy to attach your VITL Kit to or check out our anchoring options.

 

The Workout

This workout consists of five exercises, each will be performed for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. For the full workout repeat the five moves for six rounds, resting one minute after each round. On every round be sure to switch sides for the lunge and rotational press. Go as hard as you can, and be sure to really hold in your core to assist balance throughout the Bosu Ball exercises.

Shuffle Row // 30 seconds

Lunge w/ Press // 30 seconds

Static Squat w/ Alternating Row // 30 seconds

Single Arm Rotational Press // 30 seconds

Alternating Side Lunge w/ Row // 30 seconds
