Workout of the Week – Ep. 39
We’re changing things up this week and giving you a full body workout using the Predator Sled. Have you ever been able to do a full body workout with a conditioning sled, unless you’re using the Predator Sled we guarantee you can’t do all this.
For this conditioning workout we’re going to start off with a 40 yard sled drag. After the sled drag, the remaining four exercises will be performed for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. To complete this workout repeat all exercises for five rounds, resting a minute after each round.
Start using Stroops in your training
Sled Drag // 40 yards
Incline Press // 30 seconds
Box Jump // 30 seconds
Frontal Raises // 30 seconds
Squat w/ High Pull // 30 seconds
