Workout of the Week – Ep. 44
This is a very simple workout you can do anywhere. You’ll have five exercises to perform for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Be sure to go as hard as possible and get as many reps as you can during each work time. Try to stick as best as possible to the rest time to get the most out of each exercise. To complete the workout repeat these moves for 5 rounds, resting 30 seconds after each round.

Woodchops // 30 seconds
Lunge w/ Press // 30 seconds
Tricep Kickback // 30 seconds
Woochops (other side) // 30 seconds
Static Lunge w/ Row // 30 seconds
