This week we’re going back to the Predator Sled for a full body workout. If you’ve missed the previous Predator Sled workout or any others featuring the Bosu Ball or partner, be sure to check them out. But if you’re all caught up, lets jump into this week’s workout. Because this sled is so versatile, you won’t need any extra pieces of equipment, just grab a couple Slastix and lets get going! We promise your sled can’t do all of this!
The Workout
For the first exercise you’re going to push the sled for 40 yards, and then the remaining four exercises will be performed for 30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Repeat all the exercises for five rounds, resting a minute after each round.
Exercises
Sled Push // 30 seconds
Woodchops // 30 seconds
Step-Ups // 30 seconds
Woodchops (other side) // 30 seconds
Bicep Curl // 30 seconds
