It seems like a vague term. Some sort of buzz phrase to get people hyped, but it’s more than just a few exciting words written down on paper.
It’s a philosophy.
Here at Stroops we believe no one should settle. Don’t settle in workouts, life, or work. As individuals we want the best and we want it now. The instant we don’t get it our happiness dissipates and we move on.
It’s time to change.
Hard work, patience and discipline are qualities that must be earned. Wanting something does not make it happen, you need to put in the work. This is why we use the phrase, train at the speed of life. Life is not waiting for you to be ready, and we need to quit expecting it to. It’s time to stop compromising for the quick fix. Fast results end three months down the road when you’re dissatisfied.
Just move. Start living life instead of sitting on your butt.

We all know the phrase you won’t get the butt you want by sitting on it. So stand up and move. Move for your body, but also for your mind and a better life.
Focus less on a goal of looking good, but on a life of feeling great. Start moving with life. Enjoy the process and you will begin to experience a difference between real results over a quick fix.
Starting out you need to adapt to a new idea. Discipline and work is the only way to create success. This means you must work even when it’s not easy. You can’t hold off until life takes a break. To cause a real change, something that transpires into greatness, comes when you are willing to adapt.
