We’re officially passed slacking off; forget about binge watching and get ready to move your body and transform your life. You will have four weeks of full body movements that can be performed anywhere. No more excuses for not having a gym or enough time.

This month is all about you and your body, quite simply: move better to look and feel better. The plan is designed around the Toner and your own bodyweight to provide the most effective results. But this guide isn’t a magic pill; you can’t give half effort and expect a change.

Half the plan depends on you.

Prepare to put your mind and body to the test. To see a change, you have to be dedicated and willing to put in the work. It’s only one month, it’s time to get moving.
