This month we’re focusing on fat loss with high calorie burn moves. We’re starting with Plyometric moves, so if you love feeling like being an athlete these moves are perfect for you.
Plyometric moves are explosive but also controlled. Almost all plyometric moves are ballistic, meaning movements performed with maximal velocity and acceleration.
So for any client or individual with knee issues these moves are not recommended.
