New Year Calorie Challenge

It’s the final challenge of 2017. Time to start working towards goals for the new year. So kickstart 2018 by seeing how many calories you can burn in this challenge.

The Challenge

This challenge is another chance to see how many calories you can burn. You’ll have have two groups of exercises. Repeat each group three times through with 30 seconds of movement and 15 seconds of rest. After the first group rest for two minutes before moving on to the second group of moves.

So grab your favorite calorie tracker and challenge your friends, clients or coworkers and see who can burn the most calories!

-Group 1-

Moguls // 30 seconds

Squat Row // 30 seconds

Alternating Lunge w/ Row // 30 seconds

Burpee w/ Y at the Top // 30 seconds

Alternating Woodchoppers // 30 seconds

V-Sit // 30 seconds

 

-Group 2-

Walking Push-Ups // 30 seconds

Squat Jumps // 30 seconds

Walking Push-Ups (other side) // 30 seconds

Ice Skaters // 30 seconds

Ice Skaters (other side) // 30 seconds
