Calories Burned Challenge

Do you have what it takes to beat the amount of calories Aly or Caysem burned?

The Challenge

This challenge is all about how many calories you can burn. We used MYZONE, but you can use any calorie tracker you prefer.

You will have 45 seconds of work for 6 moves, with 15 seconds of rest between each move. Try and go as hard as you can for 4 rounds. After the second round you will have a minute break before going again.

Start using Stroops in your training


Slams // 45 seconds

Broad Jumps // 45 seconds

Plank Ups // 45 seconds

Snowboard Slams // 45 seconds

Lateral Ice Skaters // 45 seconds

Walking Push-Ups // 45 seconds
