The Challenge
This challenge is all about how many calories you can burn. We used MYZONE, but you can use any calorie tracker you prefer.
You will have 45 seconds of work for 6 moves, with 15 seconds of rest between each move. Try and go as hard as you can for 4 rounds. After the second round you will have a minute break before going again.

Plank Ups // 45 seconds
Snowboard Slams // 45 seconds
Lateral Ice Skaters // 45 seconds
Walking Push-Ups // 45 seconds

Do you know of a calories burned competition for seniors. I’m 66. I burned between 8,000 and 10,000 five times last year. Each time it was grueling. I’ll do it again. But I want to compete, or do it for charity.
