This week we’re focusing on the mobility and flexibility in your hips with this adductor stretch.
We’ve got a toner and have secured it around yours or your clients leg, making sure it doesn’t slip off and hit you in the face. Then holding the handles, drop the leg down as close to the ground as you can.
When the leg is as far down to the ground as it can go, stretch the leg straight and release it, providing a full stretch to those adductors.
Try as best as possible to push the leg and toe down to the ground.
If you or client doesn’t get enough of a stretch, pull the toner across your body and hold onto the Slastix for a deeper stretch.
