Reduce the intensity by moving closer to the anchor, using a set of lighter resistance Beast ropes, or by using a easier tempo (soft-soft-hard) as seen in the video.
Progression
Increase the intensity of the slams by having your client move further away from their anchor, placing more tension on the Beast ropes, causing them to have to work harder.
