Description
Resistance band mountain climbers utilize multiple muscle groups in your whole body. They are an effective way of strengthening your arms, back, shoulders, core and legs. Another benefit of using multiple muscles at once is an increased heart rate to improve cardio. Facing away adds extra tension during the eccentric movement to improve strength.
