Move closer to the anchor point to reduce the amount of tension on the Slastix, while remaining in the training zone. Consider using a lighter resistance Slastix if the exercise is still too difficult.

Move farther away from the anchor to increase tension on the Slastix. Consider using a heavier resistance or stacking Slastix if you cannot stretch the resistanceband any farther.
