Make this exercise easier by slowing down the tempo. Normally this exercise is done at a faster tempo, so slowing down will make it much easier.
Progression
Move farther away from the anchor to increase tension on the Slastix. Consider using a heavier resistance or stacking Slastix if you cannot stretch the Slastix any farther. Another option is to increase the tempo of the exercise.
