Make this exercise easier by placing forearms flat on the ground, or not pressing out against the Loop as much, to decrease the amount of tension.
Progression
Make this movement more challenging by adding in “pulses”; small outward pushes on the Loop, or lifting foot on base leg while performing repetitions.
