The resistance band crossover row is a great back and shoulder exercise. Using the Cuff Performance band, crossover rows are beneficial for back strength, shoulder mobility, and strength. The crossover makes the exercise more challenging then a normal straight row adding more tension and forcing your body to engage the back and shoulders differently.
