This week we’re back with a full body HIIT workout using the VITL Kit. Be sure to check out last weeks workout focusing on balance and stability, featuring a Bosu Ball. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it. For this workout, you will need a VITL Kit and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
To set up for this workout, we’re using all four Slastix that come in your kit and the Universal Swivel Belt. You’ll want to link and stack your Slastix together to really get the most from this workout.
Stacking is when you put two Slastix on top of each other. Linking is when you clip two Slastix together. Be sure you also have your training zone established so you know your work area.
The workout
This is a full body HIIT workout; you’ll have six exercises total. Each move is to be performed for 30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Perform all exercises for six rounds, resting one minute after each round.
Be sure to stick as close as possible to the recommended work to rest times so you can get your heart rate up and really burn some fat.
