Workout of the Week – Ep. 50

This week we will be working with the Fit Stik. If you don’t already know what the Fit Stik is, it is the smaller version of the Fit Stik Pro. Because it is smaller it makes it more portable and better for single arm and rotational movements.

For this workout all you will need are a few Slastix, the Fit Stik and a sturdy anchor point. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.

The workout

This is a quick by effective workout that is going to roast your upper body. You will have five exercises to perform for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. The key here is to go as hard as you can during each 40 second session, performing as many reps as possible. To complete this workout, repeat all five exercises for four rounds, resting one minute after each round.

Scissor Chop // 40 seconds

Baseball Swing // 40 seconds

Supine Lat Pullover // 40 seconds

Scissor Chop (Other Side) // 40 seconds

Baseball Swing (Other Side) // 40 seconds
