Workout of the Week – Ep. 44

For this week we’re sticking with the Toner for another full body workout. This is the perfect workout to do at home or on the go. All you will need is a Toner and something sturdy to anchor to. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.

The Workout

This is a very simple workout you can do anywhere. You’ll have five exercises to perform for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Be sure to go as hard as possible and get as many reps as you can during each work time. Try to stick as best as possible to the rest time to get the most out of each exercise. To complete the workout repeat these moves for 5 rounds, resting 30 seconds after each round.

Exercises

Woodchops // 30 seconds

Lunge w/ Press // 30 seconds

Tricep Kickback // 30 seconds

Woochops (other side) // 30 seconds

Static Lunge w/ Row // 30 seconds
