Squat Finisher

We’re focusing on finishers throughout this month, so if you missed last week’s ab blast go check it out!

This week we’re shifting our focus to lower body for this squat finisher. Don’t be fooled by this series, it’s a squat and a hold using the Deluxe Loop, but at the end of your leg day this will light you up!

The Finisher

You’ll perform a 30 seconds of squats and then hold a squat for 30 seconds. Complete this set four times through to round out your leg day.
